In past many years he has handled various projects in which the loss making companies have been converted into profit making through his expertise and skill in management and financial controls. He is also associated with the auditing firm A K Chadda & Co as founder partner since 1988 where he got the core competence in taxation, debt syndication and auditing in private and public sector enterprises besides investigating the fraud cases.

B Com

ASHOK BANSAL did his B Com in 1976 and immediately chosen his career in banking under public sector. While working in the bank, he was deputed on various managerial positions, travelled all over India and gained rich experience. Risk management, Credit Management and Accounting was his core area while working with various sector like IT sector, infrastructure and paper Industries. After retirement from banking he excel his services to commercial establishments.

Mr. Sahil Chadda did his BA LLB(Hon) in the year 2013 and is in practice since then having 10 years of rich and varied experience in the area of advising clients on domestic and international tax matters across various sectors. He is a versatile tax professional with varied experience on advising and ability to represent before income tax , appellate authorities and courts.
